was an expensive purchase (€710,000) and came out on top in good style on first outing since leaving Christophe Ferland after 5 months off, now 4 wins from 4 starts in his career and ready for a crack at a much higher level, having the run of things on all-weather debut here but always doing it easily and he's one to be positive about; made all, raced freely, quickened 2f out, kept on well; open to further improvement.

shaped well making all-weather debut after 6 months off, looking as though there is more to come granted a true test at 1m, this tactical affair just catching him out when the pace quickened; mid-field, headway home turn, ridden 2f out, kept on, pulled clear of remainder, needs the emphasis more on stamina; remains with potential.

ran well quickly upped in grade on polytrack debut, even allowing for the muddling nature of this, and he shouldn't have a problem finding a maiden; dwelt, held up, headway under pressure over 2f out, one paced; open to further progress.

Plenty to like about the first 2, both showing useful form with the winner dictating matters to make it 4 wins from 4 starts in his career on debut for new connections, quickening up better than the runner-up who has more to offer granted a stiffer test.

CHARES (GER) was an expensive purchase (€710,000) and came out on top in good style on first outing since leaving Christophe Ferland after 5 months off, now 4 wins from 4 starts in his career and ready for a crack at a much higher level, having the run of things on all-weather debut here but always doing it easily and he's one to be positive about; made all, raced freely, quickened 2f out, kept on well; open to further improvement.
