proved better than ever stepping back up in trip after 11 weeks off, probably benefiting from getting away from really bad ground for the first time this season; mid-division, travelled fluently, chased leaders after 3 out, led next, responded well; likely to continue in form and has plenty of time to run under a penalty before mark takes a hit.

clearly wasn't right last time and wasted no time getting back on track, clear of the rest behind another improver, having given that one a bit of a head start; dropped out, smooth headway before 2 out, chased leader last, stayed on; sure to go well again and will have a particularly good chance of going one better if found a race before he's reassessed.

A good-quality handicap for the track and the first 2 need credit for pulling so far clear, though few of the rest left the impression they were in much form; the pace was fair but no stronger.

OSCAR SUNSET (IRE) proved better than ever stepping back up in trip after 11 weeks off, probably benefiting from getting away from really bad ground for the first time this season; mid-division, travelled fluently, chased leaders after 3 out, led next, responded well; likely to continue in form and has plenty of time to run under a penalty before mark takes a hit.
