turned out again quickly, ran creditably on the figures once more, a sloppy round of jumping preventing her from making more of an impact; in rear, jumped tentatively early, some headway thirteenth, lost ground when mistake 5 out, rallied home turn, keeping on in fifth (but held) when bad mistake last; she was successful on her first try over a marathon trip at Downpatrick in April and is well worth persevering with in these type of events.

This tends to be nothing more than a useful handicap and that was certainly the case again, though the trio that fought it out are proving to be steadily progressive staying chasers, the winner just holding on after failing to keep straight on the run-in.

SPHAGNUM (IRE) registered a third win over fences upped in trip, proving better than ever in the process; never far away, travelled well, not fluent eighth, jumped on 4 out, edged right after 2 out, carried head bit awkwardly, hung right again run-in, all out to hold on.
