left no doubt this time she's a much better chaser than hurdler in following a low-key maiden success with a graded surprise, aided no end by the favourite's errancy as well as the Mullins contingent not quite firing; chased leader, jumped soundly, left in front fifth, wandered between 3 out and 2 out, in command after last; her handicap career may well be over before it's even started following this.

should have won, spoiling her chance with an inexplicable display of waywardness considering she'd negotiated a right-handed track at Gowran without any alarms; jumped left from start and lost lead when doing so markedly fifth, pressed leader after, ridden 2 out, kept on, no extra not long after last.

the pick of these weights judged on her useful form in a light juvenile hurdle campaign, left the impression the run will bring her on, her jumping solid enough to suggest she'll prove at least as good in this sphere; patiently ridden, effort 2 out, threatened briefly with rider showing the whip rather than using it; she'll prove a different proposition in time, possibly as soon as her next start.

is better judged on the form of her chasing debut success, dropping back in trip not much use to her 7 months on; tracked pace, lost ground before straight, outpaced 3 out, kept on again late on; remains capable of better.

Not quite Fastorslow in the John Durkan in terms of prestige against weight of numbers but still a notable scalp for an unconsidered winner representing a smaller yard up against a quartet from Irish racing's 2 training behemoths, the one of that group made favourite opening the door with a wayward jumping display.

SILENT APPROACH (IRE) left no doubt this time she's a much better chaser than hurdler in following a low-key maiden success with a graded surprise, aided no end by the favourite's errancy as well as the Mullins contingent not quite firing; chased leader, jumped soundly, left in front fifth, wandered between 3 out and 2 out, in command after last; her handicap career may well be over before it's even started following this.
