maintained unbeaten record up in grade, strictly not needing to improve in bare form terms, but looking much better than the bare margin of victory suggests, impressing with the way she went through the race and only doing the bare minimum once in front; in touch, travelled strongly, led on bridle approaching 2f out, went on over 1f out, idled, always holding on; still unexposed, she's come a long way in a short space of time and looks an exciting prospect.

typically gave running, but is often left vulnerable for win purposes at this level and did look flattered by his proximity to the idling winner; in touch, pushed along 3f out, chased leader final 100 yds, stuck to task; he's likeable and versatile regards trip, so will continue to give a good account.

after just 7 days off, shaped similarly to last time, still doing best of those patiently ridden; held up, shaken up over 3f out, headway from 2f out, kept on close home, unsuited by the way the race developed.

ran respectably, seen to something like maximum effect after having the run of the race, but would have almost certainly finished third if not for some late interference; led, ridden early in straight, headed over 2f out, keeping on when snatched up 1f out, no further impression.

A competitive listed race, the bare form worth treating with a little caution given the muddling nature of it, though there's no doubt the winner, who came here with the most interesting profile too, was best on the day, impressing by the way she travelled and not doing much once in front.

ROSE DE PIERRE (IRE) maintained unbeaten record up in grade, strictly not needing to improve in bare form terms, but looking much better than the bare margin of victory suggests, impressing with the way she went through the race and only doing the bare minimum once in front; in touch, travelled strongly, led on bridle approaching 2f out, went on over 1f out, idled, always holding on; still unexposed, she's come a long way in a short space of time and looks an exciting prospect.

BRENDAN BRACKAN (IRE) after just 7 days off, shaped similarly to last time, still doing best of those patiently ridden; held up, shaken up over 3f out, headway from 2f out, kept on close home, unsuited by the way the race developed.
