showed useful form in good company at Cheltenham last season and didn't need to improve much to open his account after 7 months off; chased leaders, went with zest, not fluent fourth, upsides leaving back straight, went on before 4 out, not fluent 3 out, joined next, ridden after, found extra; should stay at least 2¾m.

winner of a valuable bumper at Punchestown on his sole start for Robert Tyner, shaped very well pitched into a good race for his hurdling debut after 6 months off; tracked pace, mistake fifth, effort when hit 3 out, ridden between last 2, one paced; open to improvement and is a banker for a maiden or novice if his sights are lowered next time.
