A solid piece of form, 2 reopposing, lightly-raced 3-y-os coming a little way clear with one who's been in good form of late.

ALKARAAMA (USA) improved further to follow up from last time, confirming form with Intuitive in the process; mid-field, driven entering straight, stayed on to lead well inside final 1f; he has to prove himself as good on turf as all-weather, but is lightly raced and is worth another try at least.

WATCHABLE ran creditably, beaten only by a much younger, unexposed pair; led, driven approaching 2f out, edged left 1f out, headed well inside final 1f, no extra.

KATHEEFA (USA) has been in and out this season, though often with excuse, but ran one of his lesser races without any obvious ones; held up, effort 2f out, forced to switch over 1f out, not quicken.

WALK ON WALTER (IRE) back in usual headgear, produced a rare below-par effort; prominent, ridden early in straight, edged left, faded inside final 100 yds.
