improved again to complete a C&D hat-trick, taking this step up in grade in her stride and producing a similar effort to last time, settling things with a good turn of foot; mid-field, went with zest, good headway under 3f out, led 2f out and quickened clear, closed down well inside final 1f; she'll remain of interest, either kept to this C&D or back over shorter.

after just 4 days off, stepped up on reappearance run, posting his best effort for over a year; broke on terms this time, mid-field, got clearer run through than some as he made headway 2f out, kept on, never nearer; is down to a potentially good mark, but is just as likely to run poorly next time.

without the cheekpieces he usually wears on the Flat, shaped well on first outing since leaving Henry Spiller after 4 months off (offered little over hurdles); steadied at start from and dropped in from poor draw, had to weave way through from 2f out, switched wide over 1f out, kept on well, nearest at the finish; has now dropped to a grade/mark from which he can win, and he's one to look out for.

on first outing since leaving David O'Meara after 7 months off, offered something to work on; prominent, raced freely, no room over 2f out, got gap over 1f out and kept on final 1f, faring best of those ridden prominently despite the trouble he encountered; begins campaign from last winning mark and entitled to be sharper with this under his belt.

back down in trip, has been given a chance by the handicapper on turf and stepped up on recent run, despite not being seen to best effect; in rear, had to pick way through from 2f out, gradually working his way from the rail towards the centre of the track, kept on well final 1f; one to bear in mind.
