capitalised on the drop in grade against colts for the first time, taking a step forward returned to the minimum trip; led main group, went with enthusiasm, went on overall 2f out, in control when edged left approaching final 1f, closed down final 100 yds, kept up to work; something like the Cornwallis would be an ideal next port of call if kept on the go this year - Winter Power having completed the same double recently - whilst she's got the size (tall sort) to train on and improve further still at 3 yrs.

found only one too good for the third start in succession, this just about on a par with his Molecomb effort when pushing Big Evs all the way; in touch, driven over 2f out, ran on, pulled clear of remainder.

back down in trip, wasn't disgraced behind a pair with proven form in pattern company; raced off the pace, brief headway 2f out, left behind final 1f.

is best not judged on this run; led, took keen hold, switched to race alone on stand side after 1f, headed when edged left 2f out, weakened over 1f out.

The pair with solid form in pattern company dominated both the betting and the race itself, coming home in market order with Beautiful Diamond improving; despite the small field it was a soundly-run event.

BEAUTIFUL DIAMOND capitalised on the drop in grade against colts for the first time, taking a step forward returned to the minimum trip; led main group, went with enthusiasm, went on overall 2f out, in control when edged left approaching final 1f, closed down final 100 yds, kept up to work; something like the Cornwallis would be an ideal next port of call if kept on the go this year - Winter Power having completed the same double recently - whilst she's got the size (tall sort) to train on and improve further still at 3 yrs.

PUROSANGUE found only one too good for the third start in succession, this just about on a par with his Molecomb effort when pushing Big Evs all the way; in touch, driven over 2f out, ran on, pulled clear of remainder.

BOMBAY BAZAAR back down in trip, wasn't disgraced behind a pair with proven form in pattern company; raced off the pace, brief headway 2f out, left behind final 1f.

MON NA SLIEVE (IRE) is best not judged on this run; led, took keen hold, switched to race alone on stand side after 1f, headed when edged left 2f out, weakened over 1f out.
