put it all together to take advantage of a slipping mark, the signs encouraging from the outset, refitted with cheekpieces and returned to prominent tactics, the latter particularly telling the way this unfolded, whether this proves a springboard or the height of his capabilities open to question; handy, ridden over 2f out, stayed on to lead last ½f.

easy to back, wasn't seen to best effect from a poor position, it worth remembering he had finished 2 places in front of the runner-up at Haydock last time; in rear, shaken up over 1f out, never landed a blow but wasn't given an unduly hard time; he's well worth another chance.

back down in trip, probably needed the outing after 5 months off (has been gelded), though there wasn't a great deal of encouragement to take in truth, his measure taken quite quickly when the race began in earnest, having something to prove overall; led, headed 2f out, faltered 1f out.

A useful handicap, though a race in which it paid not to be too far off the pace, those held up failing to land a blow, Mistiroc’s winning time comfortably slower than the class 4 event for fillies earlier on the card.

MISTIROC put it all together to take advantage of a slipping mark, the signs encouraging from the outset, refitted with cheekpieces and returned to prominent tactics, the latter particularly telling the way this unfolded, whether this proves a springboard or the height of his capabilities open to question; handy, ridden over 2f out, stayed on to lead last ½f.
