KYNREN is arguably the most consistent handicapper in training and today could just prove his day to land his first win for 2 years, this looks a slightly weaker race than he’s used to competing in and a repeat of any of his previous 4 efforts this year would most likely be good enough.
ADMIRALITY is another consistent handicapper and it could prove to be a blessing that he just missed out on a place in the feature face, he runs from top weight in this consolation race and has a class edge over most of these. He’s unlikely to be outside the places and could win if everything drop right for him.
MAJOR JUMBO stands out as the class act in this feature race having won a listed race and been placed at Group 2 and 3 level this year. The Sprint Cup was a little too competitive for him last time but he finished close enough to suggest he’s still in good heart and a mark of 108 doesn’t look beyond him having won his last handicap from a mark of 102 just under a year ago.
