Baaeed, who is now the highest-rated horse in training with Timeform, equalled the benchmark set by Kingman and Wise Dan, and is 1 lb ahead of Frankel's contemporaries Canford Cliffs and Excelebration.
Frankel put up the best performance by a Flat horse in Timeform's history when he beat Excelebration by 11 lengths in the 2012 Queen Anne Stakes, earning a rating of 147.
Baaeed should have little trouble extending his unbeaten record to eight in the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot next month - he is a top price of 4/9 - and is unlikely to face a meaningful threat until meeting the Classic generation, headed by 2000 Guineas winner Coroebus (128p).
Timeform handicapper Pat Jupp said: "Baaeed was sufficiently impressive at Newbury to think he's the best miler I've handicapped since Frankel (he's currently rated the same as Kingman but I'd expect him to end the season higher still).
"The Queen Anne looks a formality, but beyond Ascot things will get very interesting as the early signs are this is a strong crop of three-year-old milers, so a clash of the generations is really something to look forward to."
