2021 will be the first year since Timeform was founded in 1948 by Phil Bull that the iconic ‘Racehorses’ Annual, an encyclopedic breakdown of the previous year’s Flat racing season, has not been printed. While that means the definitive written record of achievements, the best examined in extended essay form, is no longer available, we are continuing to compile the ratings that would have appeared in the annual.
