AERO DELE resumed winning ways late last month and quickly dispelled an unfortunate experience when runner-up in this grade three days ago, unable to reel in a fast scorer for the grade. However, his effort on the clock still read well, particularly in the context of this race and his make-up as the sole wide seed (outside a very slow starter) looks a very good one, so we’re hopeful he can get us off to a flyer.
Belle Vue’s next race features our second selection, with BLASTOFF DIAZ fancied to have a class edge over her rivals in the A2. Jill Llewellin’s charge has had little go right in recent outings, particularly when encountering serious crowding on her most recent outing. However, grabbing a handy position on the rails this afternoon rates a distinct possibility and he is expected to be seen in a much better light.
Over at Peterborough, FAGANS BRIDGET is a steadily progressive youngster at a low level and is fancied to build on what was a career-best display in A9 class last time. The daughter of Droopys Jet is a strong runner at the trip, and highlighted as much when getting on top close home 7 days ago. A similar break this evening should see her turn handy in this field and with further progress a possibility another bold showing rates likely.
