We will be implementing a change to the login process soon which will identify customers by email address rather than timeform.com username.
You can continue to login as normal for now but to avoid any interruption in service we strongly advise you to check the My Account page to ensure your registered email address is correct. You are also asked to verify your permanent country of residence.
Our terms were last updated on Wednesday 11th December 2013 to reflect changes to how we handle accounts with zero balances.
